DRS Transfer And Storage (7 More Known Aliases) Guy Ailam from DRS quoted me $1,100 for moving my small 1 bedroom move (38 items went on the truck) from VA to AZ. I gave them $1,000 up front. I was quoted $1,100 for my move from VA to AZ by Guy Ailam who works for DRS Transfer and Storage. I informed him I had a very small place and very few items. He even commented on me travelling "light". Told me not to worry about it. His company picked my things up on August 4th 2007. I spent several hundred dollars buying boxes, packing tape, bubble wrap, and shrink wrap per Guy's instruction. Upon arrival his movers immediately tore almost all of my packing apart and proceeded to re-pack my items at an additional cost of almost $300.
I next heard from the company on Saturday August 11th 2007 when they called to inform me the truck would be arriving on Sunday the 12th and that I owed them an additional $1,268.00 which needed to be paid in cash.
I confronted them about this and they got very defensive and very nasty threatening to put my things in storage and auction them off. I sent them an email informing them I found them on MovingScam.com and that I knew of their history of aliases, different addresses/phone numbers, and that they were on many consumer websites black list. I sent them an email that I would be notifying all authorities, consumer advocates, and persuing this legally.
They informed me that the police can't do anything so go ahead and do it. Then informed me I needed to pay the money in cash and would not accept credit cards.

On September 12, 2006, Helping Hands Relocation's membership in the BBB was revoked for failure to honor an arbitrator's decision despite agreeing to do so. Yigal is the brother of Gabriel Suissa, the originator of Giant Van Lines and several offspring in the Jessup/Rockville MD area.

MC# 559967, a YLS Logistic Center DBA, [has been] operating without authority for some time. They do not have an active broker license and have been doing business since the license was revoked...
Customers have been contacted by Guy Aliam under the assumption that they will be moving with DRS Transport and Storage, who's Legal name is L.H. Telemarketing Solutions, and DRS does not inform clients that it is a Broker. Their are tons of complaints out about their operations/business practices:

Luvuga is a master scam artist himself and loves playing the victim. It is about time he got a dose of what he does to others. Never believe a word he types or says. With the thousands of dollars he has stolen from others, he can afford to pay for this move. He was only moving because he is on the run from the law anyway.

The police may not do anything, but the Arizona Department of Weights and Measures can step in if that overage is being charged based on the weight of your goods. Call them and ask them to view a re-weigh before your stuff is delivered.
