Complaint Review: drugstore supply.com

I ordered medical supply from this company last week. The item does NOT need prescription but they sent me an email that I need to provide prescription for it. I called the doctor next day and asked her to fax over a prescription immediately so they can ship the merchandise same day (it was a Friday, we needed the supply for a patient and wanted to make sure that it was shipped before the weekend). 

The doctor kindly complied and 30 minutes later, her technician called me and said that the prescription was faxed over successfully. This has always been a habit of mine to call the company and make sure whatever document they requested was actually received. So I called drugsupplystore.com and I was told that they just received the fax at 11am. I begged him to ship it out same day and he said we are very busy today and no way it can be done today. It’ll be shipped on Monday.

I waited all day Monday to receive a shipping conformation email which never happened. I called on Tuesday and two different people put me on hold about 30 minutes each time and said that there is no prescription and they NEVER received it. I was outraged and told the guy that he, himself told me that it was faxed over and he denied having ever said that.

I emailed the prescription over which took them another hour to view!!! (they are incredibly incompetent) and told me that its too late today and has to go out tomorrow.

I called the next day to see if they have shipped it out and I was told there is no guarantee that it’ll ship out today. I asked to speak with a supervisor, she came on the phone after 20-minute wait and was extremely defensive and took zero responsibility and told me that I she can issue a refund if I don’t want the merchandise!!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I can’t imagine how a company like this stays in business.
