Complaint Review: Dry Clean $3.99

The complaint of a hole in the plant leg is false. My staff reviewed the pants and indicated the hole was very small in nature and and their was no possible way we could have put a hole like that in the garment. My supervisor called the customer and informed him of our concern and ask him if we could try and repair the pants, he indiacted that would be fine. After he received the pants back he was not satisfied and said we own him $140.00 for the pants which he indicated were several years old. When we took the pants for repair we had an expert look at the pants and he indicated their was no way we could have put a small in the pants like that.

We have never had a issue like this before with a perfect pin hole in the pants, and all our presses have safety guards on their irons and all cloths are placed in basket with no possiblity to damage the garments. This hole could have been their for weeks but was not detected until now. And as for the business we are very highly rated business and am very disappointed with complaint.
