Complaint Review: Dry Clean Discounters

I took my shirts to Dry Clean Discounters on 6506 West Capitol Dr in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to have them laundered in the 2nd week of June, 2015. I paid for the cleaning upfront and when I went to pick them up, the dark marks on the collars had not been removed. I scheduled to have them redone and was given a date to pick them up. Although I have been to the store twice past when they were promised to be delivered to me over a two week period of time, they have yet to do so.

To add insult to injury, the clerk called the manager Rubin, to let me speak to him about my dissatisfaction and instead of talking to me, he hung up and would not pick up the phone when she called him again. I must have been crazy to take my dry cleaning back to that store after it took them a month to find my suit jacket I had them dry clean over a year ago. IF I get my shirts back, rest assured, i will never go back there again.
