Complaint Review: Dry Clean Planet

This was a nice dry cleaners when it first opened. Now their dry cleaning is horrible. I have been a customer since they opened, but have been forced to cease being their because of the terrible problems I have experienced with their cleaning and alteration services. They have lost my clothes several times and to this day have not found a belt lost off a very expensive skirt I took to their cleaners. They started leaving grease spots on my clothing, most of the clothes would be brand new. Now I have to wash them all and take them to another cleaners. They started sending items off to be altered somewhere else, and this individual does a piss-poor job, and also put holes in a brand new pair(with tags still on them) of linen pants that belong to my son. They deny losing items and will take no responsibilty for the POOR SERVICE they are NOW providing!
