They have been given me the run around every time my car need repair.When my transmission went out it took them two weeks to get it fix,after the car dealer and I had to round and round.They said they had to come and check it to see if I was hot roding.The dealer told that it was just worn out.Then they would not pay for the rental. The engine mount bracket broke,since they call it cushion and the ca dealer call it a bracket they will not fix it.The Dealer said that they have never seen any thing like it.
