NEW Guys Facts

 You are self-employed
 You need to pay your own insurance
 You need to pay your own taxes
 You are not an employee of IPG or Pro-Sales at any time
 If you do not sell you go back home with nothing
 If you sell loads you will get promoted to a trainee manager
 You need to look good but you pay for your own clothing
 You pay for your own transport even if you use it only for work purposes
 You need to work 17 hours a day
 You need to work on Saturdays


Trainee Manager

 Like above plus
 You pay 25 to the new guys if you took them out on a retrain day
 To get promoted you need to build the crew
 The crew must turn over 5000 in production
 You need to work longer hours ( I know difficult to believe)

Assistant manager

 Like above plus
 You do not earn any basic 600 they are taking about is still commission based
 You still need to go in the field
 You need invest in your guys
 You are not an employee
 If you want a work permit you can forget about that

An owner

 You are an employee of your own company
 You paying yourself a basic
 You are allowed to pay yourself max around 300 quit per week to start of with
 You do not have an access to you business account
 If you earn more you need to safe in case
 You have personal responsibility for everything what your company does
 You need to invest in your guys
 You pay for everything
 You pay VAT and personal tax
 Pro-Sales delivers you merchandise only


Promoting owners and DM and VP

 Like above plus
 You are responsible for the guys you promoted
 If they don't earn money you pay to Pro-Sales from your in-case saved money
 You still need to safe in case
 And you still work 17 hours
 You need to lie you do not work very hard..
 You need to make this job look easy

I gave up a 600 euro a week job for this. I was never told i was on commission. Out in all weather. Paid for everything got nothjng back, got dogs abuse from some poople. Hurt mt back real badly so much I had to leave (thank God I did). Enter at your own risk I mean it.
