Company over billed first 2 months of service. Missed delivery service the 4th month in and we were still billed the complete amount for that months service. We asked for a paper bill several times and did not receive. We were told we were sent one to our e-mail address and never received. After 3 calls to remind of missed deliver on the 4th month of service we cancelled the service. 2 weeks after cancellation the water cooler had still not been collected and another call was placed. Another charge to my account was still made even after the cancellation was noted in their system and no water was deliver.

The company seems to make their money by overbilling, saving on water by no delivering and then charging for the service they never provided. And be careful, they want to charge an early cancellation fee when you want to cancel.
