I had ordered 5 TENS units, 1 ultrasound and 10 packages of electrodes on July 12, 2011. The transaction deducted from my account went through on July 15, 2011. I received the electrodes several days later. When I called today to inquire about the rest of the order, the man who answered wouldn't give his name, kept me on hold, when I asked when they were sent, he said, hold on I have to ask, when I asked why they weren't sent out yet he said they were still in the warehouse and I should have them by Monday of next week, again he put me on hold . When I called back and said I would like a refund I already ordered from another company that delivers , and said I had a similar problem last year with several orders and that I see they were investigated for mail fraud and rated an F- with the BBB, he said whatever and hung up on me. Then he called back , again not giving his name and said we were disconnected. Stay far, far away from this company!! I am now contacting my friends with the USPS and FBI to check into the mail fraud allegations.
