Complaint Review: DSM Supply

On April 17, 2012 placed a order with DSM. On May 11, 2012 realized we hadn't recieved ANYTHING. I called and spoke with a gentlemen who told me he didn't have a name, rude as heck when I asked where my stuff was and then hung up on me.  I called back and spoke with a lady who said that the order was being shipped Friday ( Can you say let send it quick). Anyways on that following Monday I recieved two things from my order. I called back and they replyed that my other items were right behind them.. On May 25th, I called back and asked why I still hadn't received the rest of my order. They were very rude like how dare I call them.. I have called 8 more times since May 25th.  Today is June 11th. Almost a full two months later and I still have not gotten my whole order.  I called this morning and demanded a refund to my credit card, I was told someone would be calling me RIGHT BACK... I waited 6 hours and just called them back and spoke with yet another lady.  I lost it! She said it would be credited in 3-5 days.  She was also extremely rude. Would not tell me what department she worked in or anything. I said, Hi Jessica, May I ask what department you work in" her response was "Depends on what you need".. Just a HORRIBLE company to do business with. I wonder if they are actually scammers.
