My name is Steve I do not make a lot of money. Aprox. 3 weeks ago I bought a 2.62 ctw. tanzanite stone it was a beautiful dark blue. When I received it the stone was very very light with a tiny bit of purple. It was not even close to the same stone. I also bought a 10ctw. london blue topaz, when I received it there was a chip on it. I brought it to a good friend who is a jeweler, he laughed and said "These are very low grade stones.

I was very very disappointed. I thought I could trust Jeremy Hall. I guess he's in on the whole scam to. What this all comes down to is They(DSN) are pulling the bait & switch. I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau. If enough of us report this to the (BBB) I believe we can stop these horrible people. Heck I've been charged $17.00 to $20.00 to ship 1 stone from Glendale to Ventura County, maybe 40 miles this does not include tax.

Those "only one in the world" items are usually part of a large parcel and you almost never get what it on the screen.

Call the BBB.
