Complaint Review: DSS Inc

A door to door sales man offered me a magazine subscriptions in exchange for an attempt to accumulate enough sales to attend a cruise that would be covered by DSS Inc. I purchased a subscription to Psychology Today on October 18, 2011. I received a receipt that stated allow 90-120 days to recieve the magazine.  As I waited the check I wrote was deposited and the money was taken out of my bank account. After 120 days I tried to contact the company and could not find a working website or number to reach the company. I even had a second door to door sales person come to my residence trying to sale magazines subscriptions and I told him my situation. After he promised he was not from the same company I still told him to leave my door and if he tried to sale to my neighbors I would call the police for soliciting (I have no idea if this is possible but it seemed to scare him away). It is now 2013 and still no magazin or someone to speak to. I just happen to find my receipt again and tried to look up the company one more time and instead found multiple Scam complaints. I though it was time to make a complaint as well.
