Complaint Review: DSW

Grauduating Students beware!!!!!! before climbing in a truck with DSW for the mentorship program, make sure you research the mentor you are assigned to, so you do not have to go through what I had to. DSW gives you orientation but they leave out what the conditions and standards for the 6 week program are, the do's and the dont's, all we know as students is do as your mentor tells you.   well my mentor told me this is how trucking is.  Running outlaw, cooking the logs, making female students pee in the dirt, only 4 showers in 4 weeks, mentor pissing and craping in truck, staying in only three trucks in 4 weeks, only 4 set down meals in 4 weeks, and to top it off sexully comments and the real kicker is hitting me.  Now DWS put me in this truck with this man knowing he was in violation of his mentorship, but he was able to convince them to let him stay out. I see let him run outlaw, run those loads and use the student as a steering wheel holder.  Everybody wins right????  Right, I trusted my mentor to teach me right from wrong, and not to have the company cover their a*s by letting me go.
