Complaint Review: DTLR FASHION

Three days after I purchased my item I went back to return it it hadn't been worn and was still in the box. The little young girl said that she was the manager. No name tag or anything and was very nasty acting and said that it was store policy that if I would of read the sign or had asked before purchasing it then I would of known their policies. I tried to explain to her that I dont shop at Korean or Chinese stores where only they be in black neighborhoods selling no return crap. she said had I paid by credit card or debit card then they could put it back on my card I. a few days but because I paid cash she couldn't help me. I was able to get the regional manager number and I have left her several messages but still no response. There employees attitudes are very unprophesioanal.
