I received my January bank statement and found a transaction that I did not recognize. I called my bank and they told me to call the phone number on the check. I called the number on the check for a company called DU Subscriptions and they gave me an email address "support@mbsupportcenter.com" to report the transaction to and to get the charges reversed. I was told it could take up to 10 business days to receive a response and a reversal in the transaction, and with January 19th being a holiday, I should give them until January 30th to complete the reversal. I sent an email to this address on January 16th regarding the disputed transaction.

During the last two weeks, I kept checking my email for a response and inquiring with my bank to see if the charge had been reversed. This morning I called the phone number again (866-532-4801) and it was disconnected. I called my bank and I have to send in a statement regarding what happened and and information I have on the company. I found in the Ripoff Report database a similar case from a woman in Anchorage, Alaska with the same problem, different company but same email address. Her problem occurred on November 19, 2008. She is a Mary Kay Consultant. My problem occurred on December 17, 2008. I am a Mary Kay Consultant also. I contacted Mary Kay Legal Department and am waiting a return call from somebody there because I believe the Online ordering system for consultants has be hacked into somehow.
