I have called this company several times and have been told a different story each time I have called. First I was told that when I received the product in the mail, I was to put "Return to Sender" on the unopened box and give it to the mailman; which I did.

Approximately a week later I called to see when I could expect my refund and was told the package hadn't made it to them yet and would have to wait till they received it to have my refund approved.

So I waited for another 2 weeks before I called back again; this continued for several weeks. Finally I asked to speak to a supervisor; the customer care rep came back on the phone and stated that the package would not be coming back to them as it was not supposed to be sent back with the " return to sender" writing on it as I was told, however she would request my refund anyway and a supervisor would be calling me.

I never received a call. I called back again and was hung up on by the customer care rep. Needless to say I was not happy and did again call back and demanded to talk to a supervisor.

A manager got on the phone and assured me that the package had indeed not reached the warehouse and as soon as it does I could expect my refund.

At this point I am not expecting a refund, however I am not giving up! I will never give up!

My advice to you is to avoid purchasing any products from this company as they evidently do not know how to do business properly.
