Complaint Review: Dual Ation Cleanse

I saw the infomercial about this product and thought it would be great to try for my son. I went online and checked out the website. They said they had a special one month supply for $59.90, so I thought I would try it for that price. Well I began the ordfering process and entered my information, when I got to the end when it show what my total would be, I noticed a notation off to the side. It said when you purchase this item for this price, (there was no ther option offered), then I would receive a new supply every other month and be automatically billed. Well, I did not like that so I cancelled out of my order. Then checking my bank statement ( I used my debit card), I noticed that $59.90 was debited even though I never confirmed an order. When I called the customer service, I was told the system was being updated and they could not cancel this for 2 days!!! In the meantime, if I receive the product, send it back and they would issue a refund. Then I tried to call back later to see if I got the same answer, and they never picked up. Just a bunch of recordings!!!!
