This is a follow up letter i sent the company after they returned my paperwork without any compensation. i made copies of all my documents prior to mailing, and copied this report that i sent through their website. the company did NOT respond, and so we are now here.

hopefully my experience is different than most; but if not, hope this helps others to switch to Behr, or MinWax, Man O'War,or other products that do not treat people differently than corporations: 'while i commend your company on making superior products; your superdeck i have used AND recommended to clients statewide for nearly thirty years, (on being the best for this high altitude, arid climate, with severe temperature and climatic swings, along with torrential rain, snow, and ice; as well as harsh sunlight and wind) it pains me to bring up that the one time i saved all my UPCs and receipts from my purchases, filled out your form, paid for postage, and mailed in a rebate form---

you sit on letter; and mail it back, long after the timeline had expired, with a label stipulating "offer ended". i do not know if this was a fluke, or if this is your standard business practice, but i would just like clarification; as it would be nice to know if this was a mistake, or how you treat loyal customers. thank you.' ----

as of feb.18, craig at duckback has emailed back stipulating that the company does not handle their own rebates and cannot help.
