Ducktown Dodge ripoff Ducktown Tennessee
I recently purchased a 05 Jeep Liberty on Sept.21,05 at Ducktown Dodge. My sales person told me to drive the car if there was any promblems i had 7 days to find them. Well i bought on Wednesday and i notice that it was pulling real bad to the right. i called my sales person that night no answer. the next day no return call i emailed him nothing.
Well on Friday Sept23,05 i had a blow out. i called again and again still nobody would call me back. On Sept 27 i was informed that my sales person was no longer with DuckTown. so i called service to find out that my tire is not warranty and they will order a tire but i will have to pay for it. There is also i tire light coming on in the car.
This is a bad place to do business they get your money and don't care about you after that.

Have you tried the manufacturer's warranty?

Sounds like this dealership doesn't pay a lot of mind to its customers once the sale is done. That being said, I would look into getting the alignment and the warning light checked at a Jeep dealership....assuming that it is still under warranty (which it should be, given that it is a 2005 model, unless the mileage exceeds 36K). You might also want to check the warranty paperwork for any coverage on the tires. Again, you would have to go to Jeep Service for this. It doesn't sound like you are going to get very far with this Dodge dealership, so it might not be worth the hassle.
Best of luck with your new Liberty.
