Complaint Review: Duct Depot Professional Air duct cleaning

My 87 year old parents hire Duct Depot to have their vents cleaned in their home. My husband is a professional contractor in New York for 35 years and after reviewing the bill he believes that my parents were totally taken advantage.

Also, what concern me was that  the total bill came to $ 1,685.00...the service technician was paid $ 600.00 by check and the balance was paid by Visa .On the bill it only states that he was paid by Visa and did not show the check payment, which i believe was made payable to him. The technicians name was Dimitry.

I am not looking to make trouble for this company especially if its a legitimate company, but I have to let my conscious be my guide and feel I have to follow through with this I am only protected my parents from the evil people that take advantage of honest people like my parents.
