Ductmasters ripoff West Valley Utah
Wow did I get ripped off by Ductmasters watch out. Question how do you clean a 12 ft run with a 8 ft brush: answer you don't.
Question how do you clean duct by pushing a vacum hose down your duct, duh you don't.
I got charged 120.00 and he was out of my house in 40 min. what does that say about how to properly clean someones duct as they say in their flyer. Do not do business with this ripp off outfit.

What a rip! Unless the $120 was agreed upon up front you don't have to pay that amount. Call three other duct cleaning agencies, don't tell them why you're calling, and get an estimate on 40 minutes worth of duct cleaning for 12 feet with an 8 foot brush.
Take those estimates to the Duct-con and show him what you plan to pay him. If he insists on $120 pay him so he doesn't ruin your credit. Then take him to small claims on a complaint of flimflam. As you give him to $120 tell him you plan to take him to small claims and also you intend to report him to the Attorney General and the local chamber of commerce--then tell him have a nice day.
The bottom line--you take the upper road, not the one he takes.
