Complaint Review: Dukes Car Stereo

 Brought in car and all stereo components. Sales guy looked at all of it and gave us an estimate for 1 day and $850. Three days later it was "done". We picked it up, and found components still in the boxes in the trunk when we got home, and the system sounds terrible. Called Dukes first thing the next morning, and were told that the one component they couldnt figure out how to connect, so we need to buy theirs instead and pay extra labor for them to hook up. The other component they didnt install because they "didnt think it would make a difference (crossovers). They didnt mention any of this when we picked up the car and we paid over our estimate, and now wont fix it unless we pay more. We are out $1000 for nothing. Dukes should have told us they were having problems, admitted they couldnt do it instead of taking 3 days trying to figure it out, then charging us full price and saying essentially "too bad, we tried" and charging us anyway. We pretty much just paid for 3 days of on-the-job training for their technicians, and have an incomplete install that needs to be fixed somewhere else.
