Dultmeier Sales ripoff Selling product that doesn't work right Omaha Nebraska
In Feb. 2005 I started a new Pressure washing company in Tuscaloosa,Al. I did alot of business with Dultmeier Sales when I was a manager with Eagle Truck Wash. I paid over 9,000.00 for all of my mobile power wash equiptment. I also drove all the way to Omaha to pick it all up. Some of the equiptment had to be shipped in from the manufacture. One piece of equiptment was a vac-u-boom system, this machine should pick up 100% of the waste water run off,but it doesn't they sell 20 feet and 40 feet and when I pulled it out of the box along with another employee. On a new concrete surface it did not pick up the water.
One sat. afternoon we went to Nations rent in birmingham and the customer was complaining because the water was running off into the street. I have told dultmeier about this and they said I was hooking it up wrong. I was following their instructions. After tring eight times to hook this machine up and it not working I put it in storage. Also I bought a skidmount unit that has the pump and gas motor. they also have a gear reducer on it that should have been mounted. It wasn't, when I talked to the manufacture they said it should have been mounted. when dultmeier put it together they didn't use mounting brackets this caused my machine to go down. I took my machine to a local small engine place. they told my what the problem was. And they wanted me to pay for them to look at it and it was still under warentee. I called Dultmeier and told them that I had to pay 30.00 to look atmy machine and I told them what the small engine place told me. Dultmeier said they would send me another. By this time I lost Two big accounts and had to pay for rentals. Dultmeier told me they would not pay for the rental nor any money lost. Because they didn't put my machine together right. I went to a lawyer and the lawyer told me that they would send a letter to dultmeier but they didn't. So to let you all know if you want to buy pressure washing equiptment don't go to Dultmeier sales.
