Duluth Homegrown Music Festival Excludes Certain Minority Performers especially those with talent Duluth Minnesota
Duluth Homegrown festival does not want certain minority performers included in its music festival. The more talented the music the more they want you out. They want to put up a certain image of chosen performers and don't want certain peoples abilities to outshine them. The festival is discriminatory and illegally run I would encourage people not to participate or attend.
