Not Steve’s first rodeo. He let down hundreds of people who trusted him with his fantasy of building a Martial Arts center. I’ve seen him taking money from kid’s wallets at the Dojo, that’s all I have to say.

He talks all the time about being a guru having all these companies, money offshore, contacts in law enforcement…he is just the biggest con artist in the world and a two bit crook.

This Kappora will end soon because I know he messed with the wrong crew this time, a police detective up north. Can’t wait until he comes out on the first page of the local newspaper.

And myself and two of the other principals didn't really go look at that 10 office, 3 bathroom gorgeous bldg last night on Santa Barbara that used to be the Reflections Financial Services offices? And Walter, the owner of the bldg., was just a figment of my imagination?

And Scot Mertz isn't real either? Or Firdaus from Indonesia or Vic Villacote from the Phillipines? And I'm really NOT going to either place next Jan with Scot? And our friend in Hawaii isn't really going to be our local host for the Gasshuku there, even though one of my students went there on US Navy assignment and trained with him for 5 months??

All of this is my dream?? I'm imagining talking to the rep from the lender on a conference call an hour ago with the lady that will be our mortgage division manager?

Folks, this Lonsdale took a beating the other day on a FB post I sent regarding Obama and his lies. Lonsdale evidently loves Obama and things (1)I hate blacks(happily, everybody who really knows me knows differently); (2)he thinks I am a Republican whos's sore that MY party lost the elections(I'm actually a conservative Democrat. After all, just because you're a democrat DOESN'T mean you HAVE to be braindead...)

Fact: You did post those ads online and you misled people

Are you sure this is not a publicity stunt?. The question is: how did you even find out that a report was filed against you or your company?. Do you google yourself every day? or are you just trying to get back at your relatives?. Do these people even exist?. The timing between the original reports and your rebuttal is unbelievably convenient isn't?
 
This site should be used for real reports and not for personal feuds. I have an idea; stop using this website as your own little tool for promoting your business

What about all the other similar reports youve filed online in the past? What? everybody wants to hurt you?

First allow me to say: (1) Paul C from Miami is actually TAK from Rochester, Ma., and MK her hub. She is the only one that has any ought against me and a purpose to gain in the matter(more about that below). enough to write scurrilous and untrue garbage like this stuff.

I have studied the letter and tried to list everyone that in my life would desire to hurt me(and without concern or pause at causing irreparable harm to my wife and children, the dozens of MA students that count on our school(s) and the fine folks that attend our congregation and the ones we support and align with across the country and globe.)

Even my ex is at peace with me these days, so the list is incredibly short. 3 names, two are married to each other, she the alpha, he the tail....guy #3 is the green belt that named himself grandmaster here in the area that we all(all martial arts instructors in teh area as well as the police that are forced by their boss to train with the guy) often laugh about the antics of....

My wife and I have compared the "report" and the followup letter, and the style of writing and disjointed disfunctionality of the thought sequencing is exactly(as is some of the wording) an email she sent my wife months ago. We know she is a sick, selfish, self-absorbed person, so we've ignored her by and large.

Once we get the depositions lined up in Arizona, we will present the official revelation of I.D. and the matter will move to the next level.

I want to thank Ed Magedson of ROR for his diligent work at providing a venue for legitimate consumer complaints, protecting honest Americans from losing money to swindlers, and for his willingness to see truth revealed, even at the risk of recourse against him when real scammers, filing false reports for personal harm and gain, get exposed and end up in legal trouble.

We appreciate his openness and assistance at resolving this issue at hand, getting right to the heart of the matter with us, and are committed to making sure that ONLY the fake "consumer-complainer" is brought to justice, without collateral casualty.

As great as it is that there are sites that function in some capacity as public concern watchdogs, the sad limitation to this method is that exactly what has happened here- family trash hash- occurs; people getting even for silly events in their life that they are not adult enough to go discuss and resolve with the person they claim to have been wronged by.

So, Ed, thanks, and thanks again for the assist. It will bring blessings, you will see, once the truth is winnowed from the lies.

However- In an odd sort of way, I welcome this mysterious, falacious, artificially-manufactured and scurrilous, false and disastrously deranged vitriol, in spite of any possible short-term damage (she thinks) it can cause. It brings the underlying issue to the front and hopefully will resolve in a conviction for felonious activity while serving under the Probate Court jurisdiction.

 This "report" by TAK and MK is simply revenge for starting an investigation with the State of NJ as to her actions while she was executrix of my wife's mother's estate and how it was all handled...the missing jewelry, valued about $30K(all into her own drawer at home, in spite of mom's promise of 1 piece to my wife , a piece that held specific meaning to my wife with her mom); the house sale funds and the vanishing downpayment; the necessity of getting my F-I-L's lawyer to demand the money from the house sale while mom was languishing in hospice, since M-I-L and F-I-L were separated at the time of the sale, and F-I-L didn't even know the hosue was being sold. The mysterious disposition of M-I-L's auto into TAK's name and the disposition of every stick of furniture and all items from the marital home during that week , even while F-I-L was also in a rehabilitation center , having had a leg cut off because of diabetes.

Further, it is also possible by now that the local banks are opening up the accounts where money just appeared exceeding the $9,999 the government allows to be deposited without recording documents and explanations. Maybe the safety deposit boxes are opening with warrants on the bank....

THIS "report" and character assassination tool is TAK, calling herself "Paul C from Miami" and her assistant MK. This is the REAL truth of the matter, pathetic as it all is to put in public view, out on a clothesline.

AS for me, and the horrible accusations- my martial arts credentials are not only real, they are impeccably authentic, even the promotion from the GM from Oki. Many of the men I trained with, back in the 60s, 70s, 80s are now dead. However, they signed my certifications BEFORE they died, not after .LOL!

There are many, many "Old School" martial arts instructors willing to come forward and attest to my early days and where i went along the path.

The more current masters that have awarded me ranks are easily contacted and I will freely and openly not just offer to tell you who they are, but encourage you vigorously, to make contact and verify.

I have a school here in Cape Coral. Paul C from Miami, his/her sidekick who claims to have called but never did, nor TAK in the real skin, has ever come to Cape Coral to visit us, me or the school.

I willingly give whomever wants, names and contact info for students and their parents. Glowing recommends will come forth. Gosh, just ask the local cops what they think. Bunches of them train at our school(which, BTW, is a non-profit association). Sherrif deputies trian with us, and some of their kids, all the way down to age 4, train with us also. We MUST be frauds and cheats, right????

I DO have a few corporations. Guilty as accused. But, "Shelf corporations"?? Another verbal clue as to the identities of the real fakers here, as TAK attended, and her petman is a graduate of, law school. However, attending or graduating law school does rarely induce you to better behaviour, a more ethical and moral life..it often simply gives you the tools to screw everybody equally and not care, since you are taught how to manipulate the system and detach from any ethical base.

Each of our corporations does a specific thing in the martial arts, are geographically diverse and for a unique purpose, none of which are to take money from good, honest people. In fact, operating this NP costs me about $2-3k a month from my own pocket, but we consider reaching street kids a MINISTRY, not a business.

We also have NP corporations for ministry work, so that we ARE transparent, responsible and accountable to our members, as well as to the law and the state. Every copr ahs an ein # with the IRS.

Oddly enough, all of the members, students and parents fully trust us with their tuition payments,  tithes, offerings and gifts on a weekly basis, and there's never been any discrepancy or pproblems with the funds. Probably because when the bills are $2000-3000 a month as verified, and the revenue is only $1000-1500, there's really nothing to be panicked about- just leave it to God and He'll get those nasty bills paid. That's how we've ALWAYS lived- by God's grace. He has never failed us - just given us bad relatives, I guess....pray for TAK and her husband- they are wholy CONSUMED by materialism and the ethics long lost. They are, after all, those very same lawyers Dewey spoke of...

So Paul from Miami is the fraud, the fake, the scammer, all over money. Money which we haven't asked for, don't really want, and probably wouldn't take to spend on ourselves but share with the deceased grandmother's grandchildren, just as she'd indicated to us in dozens of phone calls that she wanted done, for their college days. Poor Marie. Her wishes trampled yet one more time for greed.

TAK taking what she wants, making trouble for all her relatives, just as mom did, sad to say....TAk had all her college paid for, incl law school, but got pregnant during law school so she wouldn't have to graduate. She really IS better off teaching 4th grade.

"Rabbi"? Yes, I am. Trained by a legitimate yeshiva organization in Lakewood, NJ. Also, semicha'd by a very large organization from the particular brand of Judaism I ascribe to. Also affiliated with a rather unique and "new" movement based in Israel. TAK has mentioned many times her hatred of me for "stealing" her odler sister from Catholicism....go figure, huh?

We ARE working on a project here that entails a large(51,000sf if we can fund this) MMA/MA/Fitness complex, right on Daniels Rd in Ft. Myers, the old Sweetbay. The realtor will verify.

 We looked at 6 bldgs in the area. We really like this one. Once I found out that UFC intends to OWN every project, we cut off contact and discussions with their employees we were working with. The first two UFC/Zuffa guys we were working with(archive files and emails avail) failed to fully disclose material fact(s) and it took Marc Fickett to clue me in to their game plan and operational method, and I thank Marc greatly. HE, at least, is a mensch, an open honest guy.

We HAVE been discussing the project with the LV TapOut center guys, just need to answer a few licensing issue questions....

I have NEVER been "banned from FaceBook and MySpace". Never. Have accounts right now. Never started multiple accounts with different names other than the Groups that FB allows to be created. eash of our projects in motion ahs one and some planned project do also. Dunamis does not.

Strangely enough, the grand opening of our school featured Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and Renato Tavares. Bill Wallace was the featured seminar at my tournament 20 years ago at Lakeland Community College iun mentor, Oh. Ask Bill. ask Denny Janes up in Mentor at Karate Institute, Spider Kennedy in Youngstown, Ricard Plowden in Detroit, Kevin Thompson in Newark. They were all  there that weekend.

Moshe Katz and Paulo Ribeiro have been at our school to teach since then. Moshe will be back in 2 weeks, and we have other fabulously well-known guys coming in May and July also.

NOBODY can claim I've ever called them a "million times" about anything. I despise phones by and large, avoiding them as mucha s I can, much preferring email and FB because you get an archive copy of all discussion and commitments.

An "assistant"?? I have none. An "investment manager"? Huh? A "partner"? Used to have one- he ran off with the bank account contents of our non-profit back in September,(I had heart attack #3in May) having NOT paid 3 months worth of bills and it has taken me 5 months to get caught up(just this month actually). He opened up 1 mile away, hoping to take the students too, but they all stayed, and he disappeared in 2 mos and a day....exceeding my prediction by 1 day.

Nevr have asked anyone to send me investment money at all. I defy anybody to step forward and state that I have gone to them asked them for money. Won't be a soul....  God provides, always has.

"Recorded every conversation"? I don't. Don't have the equipment for that, don't need to. All agreements are in writing and I am a serious paper trail kinda guy.

Thanks for the heads up. I saw your posting while researching this swindler but still contacted him to see what was going on. You are right on. One can tell up front that Mr. "Berkowitz" claims have no substance and he is just looking to make a quick buck. I couldnt verify if he is in fact a Rabbi or not but everything else is phony and deceptive. I know most of the guys that he mentioned as his connections and they have only heard of Mr. "Berkowitz" in Facebook. He has a large number of shelf corporations open everywhere but honestly anyone can tell that he is just working on his latest scam.
