Dunn & Bradd Street DnB Admonished for purchasing a self corp Nationwide

Dunn & Bradd Street literally closed my corporation, because I bought a self corp, and they accused me of being  deceptive to creditors because I did not say the actual date I started the business. the question they ask is amost as if they are baiting you. if you answer one way then they let it go, if you answer it another way they slam the door on your corp. i.e. I bought a corp that was a 2004 Colorado corporation, when I went to get a DnB# I answered the question when did the business start date as 2004 not when did the corp start , to them that is two different dates. when in fact any idiot who has filled out an application for credit, when credit is pulled by a creditor they see when the person who is CEO or director took over the corp. its right there on the Secretary of State business filings. You can't lie about the date, its right there. so my beef is DnB must have another reason why they are doing this to this corp, if DnB has accepted any Govern't funding whatever that is a demand by a citizen of these United States under the Fredom of Information Act you are able to see what is in your file. DnB you have been put on report, I demand to see my file, I demand to see what you have written about this corp but also about me and any other corp that I may have had in the past. its a demand not a request

Solution to DNB--HOW TO FIGHT DNB AND WIN

#3Consumer Suggestion

Solutions to DNB:

1.  Don't buy their reports.  Their terms of service actually say their information doesn't need to be accurate.  By agreeing to their terms of service, you're agreeing they can say anything about your company they deem fit--even if it isn't accurate!  Knowing this, why buy their reports?  As they defecate all over small business owners with their extortion to buy their credit builder, unnecessary fees and inaccurate information, just don't buy from them.

2.  Don't agree to their terms of use.  The DUNS number is free once you start applying for business credit.  You can get a free DUNS even without applying with DNB.  Since DNB makes money by selling information, you are really giving them the information they want to sell about you and your business.  Don't agree to their terms of use and that way you can hold them accountable.

3.  By using google to search for patents, you can learn all about how DNB finds and categorizes information about you.

google.com/?tbm=pts

Do a search for “credibility builder,” or these patents:

US8630893

Us8983867

US8983867

US8732803

US8712907

US20150026034

US20070124236

US8606695

US20080294547

US20080177655

Many of the secrets at DNB are spelled out in their patents filed at the US Patent Office.

4.  DNB also sells information to the IRS.  If the business income reported to DNB is greater than the income reported to the IRS, expect an audit.  Always be truthful to the IRS and DNB.  You must report to the IRS.  You don’t need to report anything to DNB.  And if you report anything to DNB, they won’t take any responsibility for their actions.  DNB doesn’t need to take any responsibility after you agree to their terms of service.

5.  Sue DNB locally.  Talk to your attorney, or do it yourself.  If you know how to read, you may be able to figure it out.  Don't be intimidated by DNB.  Their business model of selling reports heads to the dumpster with the use of a simple small claims lawsuit on the local level.  Their business model is a disaster when you file a small claims suit that they must defend on the local level.  They are strong on the federal level with their corporate lawyers.  But on the local level, they are weak, fearful and nervous.  This is because they must hire someone locally for about $1000 in legal fees to defend a report where they collected $150.  Look up the law yourself or get a local attorney to represent you in a small claims suit involving libel/slander.  They will back down every time.  DNB FEARS SMALL CLAIMS COURTS!  THIS IS WHERE YOU'RE STRONGEST.

How do you drag them into the local level?  Apply for credit on the local level.  If you're denied credit, tie it to the DNB report.  Or buy the DNB report directly from them for evidence of their inaccurate reports!

At some point after applying for a line of credit, DNB will contact you to "update" an "incomplete" credit profile, or "incomplete file."  Don't buy anything from DNB, don't sign up for their services, don't buy their reports.  That's how you avoid their terms of use.  Once you don't agree to anything with DNB, you are not subject to any potential arbitrary decision by DNB or their people.  The key here is to avoid agreeing to their terms of use, or their conditions.  Since they plainly claim that they are not responsible for inaccurate information, agreeing to those terms is crazy.  Why agree with their terms and conditions when they plainly claim to not be responsible for the accuracy of their reports?  Consider not buying any reports from DNB until they back up their info reports with real data that they claim is accurate.  And since they claim their reports aren't accurate, what's the point in ordering anything from DNB or in communicating with them?
