 Duplitron is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The technicians are clueless when they finally arrive, then you have to wait days to get a part. We wer without our copier for 2 weeks last month. The part was "on back order". How can that be Duplitron claims to be owned by the manufacturer Kyocera Mita

Duplitron are a bunch of crooks. They have the NJ Dept of Comsumer Affairs all over them, the NYS Attorney General. They (one sales rep is a terrible offender- Ron Kerr)- I caught him offering my purchasing manager CASH and gift cards for our business. Kerr also paid off Ridgewood/ Bushwick - convicted NY Assembyman's charity with thousands of dollars
