Durable Coating Systems Eric Marsh Horrible Coatings Applicator Internet
Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems took my deposit, was late for all of his work, and applied a terrible material that we had to have sandblasted off on my front and side deck.

Yes, I am relentless when someone rips me off. I tried suing the guy (Lupowitz) but he just dodged the process servers.
Now in the last few days I discovered that he has not only created a half dozen new coatings "companies" (see http://www.texliner.info to see them) but he's suddenly in the swimming pool business with a bunch of different swimming pool "companies."
I will say though that Lupowitz has become pretty good as a web designer. He'd probably do well if he went straight. Hopefully that will happen after he's done some hard time.
Here's the URLs of some of those swimming pool companies. So why would a legitimate business man do business under so many different names?

I find it interesting that when someone complains about a company, the company usually responds by saying positive things about their company rather than to bash the one that is complaining. This leads me to believe that this guy knows he is in the wrong. This is just my opinion. Good luck to this guy at Durable Coating is all I can say.

Eric is quite relentless. Do some research on Eric Marsh and Durable Coating Systems and you can be the judge. It will show up in Google right under his company.

Julius Lupowitz has been posting fraudulent reports about my company under a variety of names. The real question is, "Who is Julius Lupowitz?" The answer is easy to find - just do a Google search for "Julius Lupowitz" and see what comes up.

I did some research and talked to Julius Lupowitz, whom you owe money to, then claimed lied to you and others. Julius Lupowitz alerted me of your devious nature and how you created several unverifiable complaints on the Better Business Bureau about dealers errors being his personal fault, repeatedly have tried to hurt him even though he did supply you with product and went out of his way to get you the right support with training. You Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems even went as far as to make a negative website attempting ruin his business altogether. I now verified enough facts & spoke with others who know what a rotten person you are. Anyone who would be so relentless is not suitable for me to do business with. I am glad I did all of this research after finding www.durablecoatingsystems.com then www.durablecoatingsystems.info because I was planning on getting a pond job from you for my niece and nephew's ranch. " Mr. Lupowitz had a Multiflex applicator who I trust with a verifiable reputation perform excellent work. Why are you also under Mermaid Waterscapes & Dragoncoat? There are several product suppliers that you really also ripped off then complained about.

"Jack Burke" has made several claims here and I believe that I have demonstrated some pretty compelling evidence that he is not a real person. Well here's some more evidence.
Ripoff Report #610109 is also posted by "Jack Burke" but in that case he claims to have been ripped off by Pete Burgee on some work done in Chippewa Falls Wisconsin. That's a very long ways from Central Texas. So what's the connection?
Both Eric Marsh and Pete Bergee have taken legal action against Julius Lupowitz of Texliner/Multiflex Coatings/Spray Lining/Clearline/Safety Green Liners/Alternative Linings after Lupowitz failed to deliver products that had been paid for. Bergee and Marsh have both contributed to the web site http://www.texliner.info which documents the problems they have had with that individual.
It should be clear at this point that "Jack Burke" is a fraudulent identity.

Mr. "Jack Burke," for the record I will state once again that I have never done any work in Lockhart, TX and I have never done any work for you. But it's your word against mine in a virtual environment. So what are people going to believe?

Dear Mr. Eric Marsh of Durable Coating Systems, Mermaid Waterscapes, and Dragon Kote and whatever else you call yourself,
I also have no idea who your other customers are. If you can't remember that is your problem. But I live in Lockhart, I gave you money, and you did not perform the job anywhere near adequate. I have no idea who Richard Markow is but I guess you have a habit of forgetting who you deal with. I stated in my previous statement that I live in Lockhart, and am yet another one of your dissatisfied ex-customers.

First the guy claims that he is Richard Markow and then in the second message identifies himself as Jack Burke.
It's all on the web at (((Redacted))). There's not much more to say except to rebut the assertion that this has anything to do with negligence on my part (other than possibly being negligent in letting this jerk rip me off). I never received the materials that I paid for. Just a week ago a guy from Canada said that he wishes he'd found my web site before he lost $10,000. Why don't the cops put these guys behind bars?

We have done business together and I do live in Lockhart. Eric- You have the same story about how someone ripped you off and blame every bad reference on a Scapegoat "scam artist". I called the phone number at (321) 693-3292 to get to the bottom of this after going to your site listed in your rebuttal. I then received more than one vendor like him, who, have stated that you have blamed them for your own negligence.

I have never done any work for anybody by the name of Richard Markow and in fact I've never even done any work in my home town of Lockhart where Richard claims to be from. I've also never done a job where the customer sand blasted my coatings off for any reason.
I was recently ripped off for $11,000 by a scam artist. In an effort to prevent the same guy from ripping off other contractors I set up a web site describing the scam. That web site is http://www.texliner.info. I'm guessing that this complaint was filed in retaliation for fighting back against the guy.
