Durabrand Lenoxx Electronics Corp. DVD players are worthless, Edison, New Jersey
I purchased this DVD player a while back to take with me when my husband and I visited our daughter. Thought we could use it in the motels along the way and then at her house. I tried it when I got it and it worked OK but then I put it away.
We are just now planning our trip and I hooked the player up and the TV screen says it is loading but after a while, then it says NO DISC. I've tried numerous DVDs that we've played on two other players int he house and nothing will play in this DVD player. The company is no longer in business and it's been too long to return it to the store.

"You get what you paid for?"

What kind of a remark is that?! I paid good money for something that shouldn't have "died" because of lack of use. Perhaps if I had a child that used it every day and abused it, I might understand why it stopped working but that wasn't the case. I was upset that it stopped working but this comment of "You get what you paid for" infuriates me.
