I wish I'd come to this site before going with these guys -- installers (sub contractors -- Joel) did a lousy job but blamed S & B for incorrect cuts on moulding. S&B sent Arturo out to re-measure, and he promised they would replace everything for free. After repeated calls to Don, the manager, we got a different answer every time. Sometimes blaming Joel the sub, or saying Arturo was out-of-town and unreachable, etc.

Finally Don called and said the owner overruled him and they could do nothing for us. He blamed HIS suggested sub, Joel, and said he'd only been there three months, he was really busy and couldn't return calls, and hey, what's a poor guy like him to do when the owner says he can't help us out? He was practically crying to me how I shouldn't take it out on him. This is the MANAGER for cyrin' out loud?

I told him I'd never seen such ridiculous customer service and hung up. They don't care about complaints on sites like this, the BBB, or apparently even legal judgments or picketing their store. We're engaging a lawyer but don't expect much given the relatively low $$$ involved (about $3K). I just hope others learn from ours and others' mistakes and research these jerks so they'll run out of business.

Beware home and garden shows in the SoCal area -- they lure you in with low prices, but it's not worth it -- pay a little more and go with someone you can trust.
