They  advertised "we want your car even if weeds are growing in it" virtullay they  will  go  anywhere to get it!  Gee I  said that's  something--wonder  why ?  Now I know really  know WHY --cause  once you agree, sign contract--which is a blank check for them as you'll  find out in their contract YOUR on The Hook  for costs, expenses, determined at their Sole Descrition.  Contract even has a Gag Clause which prohibit  You from   any & all  disparaging remarks in public or private about DOC!!!   READ CONTRACT--best  don't  go  there  or YOU  will  get  nailed  like I  did.  Here is what happened to me- due to  my  age &  family's  health issues  decided  was time to sell  my  1966  Rambler Classic Convertible.  Someone  suggested  I  try  Dusty Old Cars  as they  had seen  an article  in The Manchester Union Leader about them and their  so-called expertise.  Went to web site--very nice-very well  done--impressed so I  called  them--MY MISTAKE.  They came  gave me the old  song&dance--how  nice my car was, would be quick sale within 90 days--should net me--approx $12000.   Seemed reasonable as Car was in perfect shape--No Dings,No Rust,No Drips,Starts Right Up, Good Top for CONVERTIBLE.  Car  had  been  in garage every night during 6 yrs. I  drove & owned it!Advised  me  they would also check with  their 102 point inspection-to  be sure it was ready to go---on their site as soon  as possible.  They did tell  me ther was a $200 towing charge & a $200 detailing--which included 200 photos to be shown on site--such fees would be deducted  from the proceeds to me once  sale was made!  Now Car was Registered  into 2016--and  inspection  stickered into 2017.  Once  they  drove off  with My  Car---no  further word  till about 6 weeks  later  when  they called  to say  THE STATE OF NH was requiring them to  use a new form for The Contract--something about  it  was  multiple parts--so I said OK come over and I'll sign it----which  they did  the next day.  I asked and was told  NOTHING WAS CHANGED just the actual form.  Later I  found out--The New Contract  cancelled out the original  contract---extending the time period and changing  the dollar amount to me  from NET--to gross---big difference.    Somewhere  along the way MR Condodemetraky--CEO--told my son when he inquried  on  my  behalf  as to  status--that I  had mentioned  Better Business Bureau on the web--which I  never did!  In any  event  despite my request to NHDMV  to  get my car back---good DOC--had it re-registered in WHO"S NAME,WHEN,WHY?    Told because  of privacy--couldn't  tell  me.   Now to close  after all  this we are  told  CAR was Sold for $ 12000.----yet  my  net  kept  going lower&lower.   Due  to  OUT OF THE BLUE---there  was  a  repair  made  for some $3000. labor-plus parts. lowering my net to 7200!  My mechanic  never found any problems,I  was never told in advance if I wanted to sell car at this cost or any cost--what Happened To 102 point inspection by their Cracker Jack Mechanics.
