Dutch Glow Amish Wood Milk appears to be a quality product based on the demonstraion in their television commercial. I ordered a bottle plus a "free" second bottle.

The web order form didn't allow corrections and the order was doubled for a total of four bottles (2 @ $10 each + 2 "free" bottles). Shipping and handling is supposed to be $7.95 but they don't tell you it's $7.95 per bottle until you get to the invoice.

Here's the invoice:

1 DUTCH GLOW AMISH WOOD MILK PLUS FREE TOWEL $10.00 PLUS $7.95 S&P          $17.95

  1 BONUS DUTCH AMISH WOOD MILK $0.00 PLUS $7.95 S&P                                        $7.95

  1 WEB SURCHARGE FEE $0.00 PLUS $2.00 S&P                                                           $2.00

1 DUTCH GLOW AMISH WOOD MILK PLUS FREE TOWEL $10.00 PLUS $7.95 S&P          $17.95

  1 BONUS DUTCH AMISH WOOD MILK $0.00 PLUS $7.95 S&P                                        $7.95

  SUB TOTAL                                                                                                             $53.80

  TAX                                                                                                                         $0.00

  ORDER TOTAL                                                                                                         $53.80

What appeared to be a $17.95 order became a $53.80 including $31.90 for S&P plus a $2.00 web surcharge fee. The order became $53.80. Interestingly, all 4 bottles were sent in the same box. I called again and was advised I could return the box IF IT WAS UNOPENED and receive a full refund. That's exactly what I'm doing.

After refusing the dutch glow product because of them overcharging my account and after many phonecalls I was given three options to refused and return the product unopened, keep the product and get a 5$ discount, use the product and return the product if unsatisfied.  I chose refuse the box, and returned it unopened.  I called the florida consumer protection agency, producing my return receipt ...not only did Glenda PattersonCustomer Service Manager of the corporation deny my claim, she lied stating she personally told me not to refuse the product due to possible errors in the return.  Never happened!!!!She denied my return was received and hus stole my money
