Dutch Glow Billed for products not ordered Nationwide

I called the TV order phone number for Dutch Glow.  I ordered the buy one get one free with shipping and handling.  There was no review of products ordered or a total you will be billed option.  The call had MANY additional advertisements that I declined.  I called the main service number after the call to review my order but was told to call Custumer status which I did I was told they could not see the order and to call back in three hours I called back in three hours and again I was told that it had not been posted.  I said to cancel the order and they said they coulld not because it had not posted yet And to call back in 3-4 hours.  

I again called back and no order had posted.  I called back the next day and again it was not posted.  The following day was Sunday and they were closed.  I called back at 7am Monday and I was told too late it was shipped.  I checked my bank statement and they had billed my account over the ordered I placed.  I then called Dutch Glow customer service with my complaint of fraud and after being redirected.  I was basically offered five dollars off if I accepted it as shipped or I could return it all.  It will take 4-6 weeks to receive the product....They have my money.....THIS IS A SCAM
