i ordered products on line on 9-9-2002 i have the original e-mail response that the order was received and was told it would be sent in three to five business days. i never received. worst part is i placed a smaller order a month earlier and received that order about three weeks later, so i know they actually are in business.

i have sent them numorous e-mails with the shipping order number and requested that i only want what i paid for. they won't responde to my e-mails. here is the order #:OC-902-2000009140-28768 i also have to receipt for the credit card bill that i have paid, so they got paid, i never received anything i ordered.
