I placed 3 separate orders in August of 2002 and received email confirmation of the orders the next day. I even received a courtesy call from the company saying that the orders would be sent individually due to shipping restrictions.

Unfortunately, I didn't ask for a call back number, who would have known that this company would not be sending the orders to me. I've tried repeated emails to no avail and no response. If anyone else has had this problem and has any information regarding this fraud company, please respond to this complaint.

We had ordered cigarettes from this company in the past with no problems what so ever, however, on Feb 9, 2001 we placed an $80 order with them for five cartons of cigarettes. It is now Mar 15, 2003 and have not received them to date. I have sent repeated e-mails to them asking for the status of the cigarette shipment. At first I received a very apologetic response and was advised they would track the order and get right back with me. Nothing. I sent at least one e-mail per month with no response.

I then sent an e-mail telling them I wanted my money refunded as I still had not received a response nor my order. I then received an e-mail from them stating my order was delayed in Miami due to the Sept 11, 2001 crisis. I was told that all shipments were being inspected at customes and they would find out how much longer it would be. The next day I received another e-mail from them stating it would be two to three more weeks til I received them and that they were sending me a carton for free as an apology for the time I had been waiting. They also thanked me for continuing to use their site. (that was a laugh! I will never use it again nor will anyone else I have told this story too!!!!) I have since sent repeated e-mails to them asking for my refund. I do NOT want those shipped back in 2/9/01 as they will be stale enough to...well you know! Anyway...still have not heard a word from that company and do not expect to! My advise....find a way to get that company off the internet so others aren't ripped off as we were! good luck!
