My friend Andrew Friedman and I ordered on his credit card to buy a box of 25 Ramon Allones Specially Selected cigars and we never got a confirmation order after payment was done on the credit card. We wrote several emails and no reply. The email we used was dfccigars@yahoo.com as the correct email. I also made a phone call and got an answering machine which I left a message with my email address for him to write back. To date, no reply has been made. We feel this is poor quality service provider of premium cigars. I always get a confirmation order from a cigar merchnt online and will tell the approxmiate date of delivery.  This is a shoddy outfit where there is no one you can talk to on the phone. the credit card belongs to my friend and I am making sure he is not being charged.
