Duvera Financial They charged me 189% and did not tell me that was the contract I was signing up for. They sold me on 90 day 0% interest. None of the letters I received from them said my interest. Carlsbad California
I bought some furniture for 1000. I was told it was a 90 day interest free and if the amount was not paied off in 90 days they will charge interest. They didn't mention an interest amount of 189%. I didn't even know that would exist. I coud not log into their site to see. The letters they sent me never indicated that I was paying 189% to interest. I would have been alarmed early on and paid it off. Instead, I let the auto payment go from September 2014 to February 2015. They made sure they hid the information for as long as they can. When I called the person on the other end was arrogant. I have never heard of any company charging this much in interest. If I knew I would have paid it off. That was the other issue I had with them. They were not up front about what they were doing. Their notification format hid information.

Who signed the contract? Did you? Did you even bother to read what you were signing BEFORE you signed it? Why did they need to tell you what was in the contract?
Its all their fault because YOU don't have the common sense to read what you are obligating yourself to before you obligate yourself???
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!
