DV8 Hijacked Domain Name Atlanta, Georgia
My domain name dv8.com was hijacked over a year ago by someone who lives in Las Vegas. Over a year ago I reported the crime to godaddy.com, the FBI and FTC.
The Hijacker who lives in America could care less about US Law Enforcement they are using the domain now for a business in the USA.
The FBI can make it all the way to a foreign nation who does not want them there and they have no jurisdiction in that country to arrest the megaupload guy. And a USA judge already told them the case will never come to court in the US.
So do I need to contact that foreign nation so the can send their law enforcement here to enforce their laws here?
