Complaint Review: DVA Enterprises Hester Hernandez

Well, I was new to Las Vegas and looking for employment. So as the normal individual would, I looked in the local paper for a job! I found an ad for Office Management $30-45k/year. Sounds great right? Wrong.

I drove to the interview, and walked into the office..the office manager was named "Stacey" and she was not dressed in office attire AT ALL. But I figured hm maybe it's just a casual atmosphere? But the rest of the office looked suspicious as well. It was old, dirty, with folding chairs in the waiting area, with blasting music. Stacey called me back and asked me only a few questions, what my hobbies were, and what kind of money I was looking to make.

After that she asked me to come back in 1 hour for a second interview, which sounded strange but alright sure why not? So I came back in one hour, and there were over 30 people waiting for a second interview. They took me in the backroom with tons of folding chairs, and Hester Hernandez, "CEO" of "DVA" walks in to tell us her life story.

To make a long story short. I stuck it out for one week in HOPES that this was just different business techniques and that I really did have a legitimate job. What can I say? I'm 21 years old with a little girl to raise. I was hoping and praying that this would work out. And being new to the Las Vegas area, I wasn't aware of all the scams that Las Vegas really does have.

This is not an office job. They had me selling bottles of perfume out of the trunk of my car in Walmart parking lots, not once did I get reimburst for my gasoline. I never got paid 1 penny. The entire job was a joke. I wasted an entire week with this fake place, and I hope others are smarter than I was!
