I paid 59.95 for a product that would back up my dvd's. This compnay said their prodtuc would do so quick and easy. So i did it. This product did nothing for me. It creates a file that it pointless and does nothing.

So i email the company asking for my money back. The refuse and tell me to wait 3-4 days for the "newer and better software" so i do. I get the new software and it still doesnt work how it is supposed to so i email again asking for my money back. Response:" I will talk to my manager and see what we can do"

One week later still no response. I email asking what they have found out. We wont give you your money back because you want features we dont have. Im not asking for anything special from this company just my money back because their product did nothing to benifit me just take up space on my hard drive.

They gave me the run around for one month and then tell me the one month refund period is up. Well i recall asking for my money back atleast 1 week after i bought this product. Customer service must not mean anything to these people.
