After purchasing the complete In Living Color dvd set, (I did receive) I noticed the episode guide was missing. I spoke with someone on the live help link and they advised me that it would be sent out. Well, I waited for two weeks and nothing. During this time I noticed some of the disc were defective. I sent four emails and was requesting information for a return and credit. They did respond about the episode guide, but no mention of a return for credit.

I still have the defective disc, no episode guide and they no longer return my emails or phone calls! This has been going on for over two months now. I guess I give up, but wanted to warn everybody else just how lousy this company is. Don't buy anything! They have cheap prices but I think from the quality, that this is some person working in their basement. Pay more money and purchase authentic disc from a reputable company, not this knock off junk!
