Dvd Planet BS company, took money didn't deliver loads of excuses Internet
Do not deal with this company. Scammers.
they take your money and have no intention of honouring the contract.
Unable to offer refunds as their bank has gone out of buisness but are still able to take money for orders?
Ordered set of dvd's and one month later still not delivered, they blamed Canada Post. said they would send out another set by manual post? but would not be able to track. Surprise surprise dvd's did not arrive. They said that the item had cleared customs and would be delivered that day. How did they know without tracking info?
They then blamed their supplier and said they would have stock in a months time but then again they may not as their supplier was screwing them. Makes a change as they normally do this to their own customers.
Please do not deal with them. Do a search online and you will find that I am not an isolated case.
