I ordered a dvd collection that cost $229.00, my credit card was charged immediately. It has been a month and I haven't received my dvd's. The only way to contact them is thru email. They have stated in the replys that the package was delivered to the wrong address due to system issues and it would be reshipped. The second reply stated that the same issue had occurred again and they would manually ship the order to keep this from happening again. It's now a week before Christmas and I may not receive this package at all.
