I bought a DVD set of Mike and Molly from these clowns. I realized that the address was wrong on the order after submission. I followed up with 7 emails over the next six days asking them to change the address on the shipment of the item which was a birthday gift for my sister. They refused over and over. If they had 6 days before it shipped you would think they would have had time to change the address. Long story short.... the item was sent to the wrong place and the person who recieved the item will not return it to me after contacting them several times. My sister moved and was getting her mail from a PO Box. Once she got into her new house she let the PO Box go and started using the street address. The new person at the PO Box thinks they got free goods. THIS IS DVD PLANETS fault for not allowing me to make a simple address change. They should have to pay for the lost dollars on the item not me. But for their poor customer service I am out my money. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Turned this over to the attorney general for Indiana. Have not heard back yet. THIS COMPANY IS A RIPOFF.
