Complaint Review: DVD Pro Wizard - Quick Bank

The web page of
(((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))for DVD burners, states that
"DVD Wizard Pro"
was 1 out of only 3 software programs that are to be trusted. I believed this man because he states on his web page that he is an online fraud investigator. Well, I found that to be untrue. After I purchased the DVD Wizard Pro, (which by the way, I would have never known about them unless it wasn't for this so-called- "2006 Top Scams" web page because I looked up other items and DVD Wizard Pro never came up on the normal sites),,,Well, It didn't not download the software I purchased. It came up with registration number that was two sentences long, then it went around and around in circles without giving me the program. By this time I knew I was just scammed, but by this time it was too late. I emailed them but the address showed up as no server at this time. I never got my copy and its really hard to find a way to get my money back. Please help me...
