I ordered a $7.99 (postage waived) DVD from DVDEva.com via the internet using my bank debit card, never received my DVD, and my credit card was fraudently used three months later. I thought their website ad for "Cheap DVD's" was too good to be true, and it is!

I filed a claim with my bank, and they reversed the $7.99 from my account for the price of the DVD, and I should have had them cancel my debit card and issue me a new one, but I didn't.

The website does not list a phone number or mailing address, so the only way to communicate to them is via email. I did send them 3 emails asking where the DVD was, and they never responded.

I believe this company is responsible for my bank card being debited for three purchases, one of which was for $322.27 from a well known camera company.

Fortunately, since I contacted my bank right away (WAMU), filed a fraud claim with them, they were able to decline two of the pending charges. They reversed the first charge of $25 for a prepaid T-Mobile card with an area code of 862 (Trinidad Tobago), and will investigate the transaction. Hopefully, the thief/thieves will get caught.

Anyway, to all the consumers out there, be careful when ordering goods over the internet. My situation could have been worse.
