DVDplanet.org Failed to provide the product I paid for; credit card was charged immediately Internet

I find I'm sharing a similar experience with others. I placed an order with DVDplanet.org in mid-November for a DVD collection for a Christmas gift. I received an email telling me the product had been shipped. A few days later I received another email telling me it had been shipped to the wrong address, and was being re-shipped. I sent an email last week inquiring the progress of my order and got a reply email telling me there was a slight delay and I would receive it in a few business days. The order has still not arrived, and by the experiences of others on this website, it's not going to!

I've been had, but if there's any way to get the word out to prevent others from being taken by DVDplanet.org, I'm all for it.
