I ordered the 11 season Carol Burnett Show dvd set for my mother for Christmas, thinking I had hit on a wonderful gift to help her through a difficult time after the death of my father. I managed to get e-mail responses from the company when the tracking suddenly worked on December 27 and said the gift ended up being delivered somewhere 4 states away.

Customer support nicely responded (perhaps when hearing about our circumstances) that they would happily cancel my order and credit the amount of the order to my credit card. I'll have to wait and see if that has actually happened - which I somehow doubt it will.

In the meantime, the Carol Burnett dvd set that was supposedly delivered 4 states away on December 27 showed up at my house Jan 3. It is definitely not the advertised 11 seasons, nor is it a legal dvd set. It is obviously a poorly produced bootleg set with black and white labels on the dvds and low resolution recordings of the shows from television and rough cut ins for each episode.

Dvddonkey.com (a site you get redirected to if you click on ultimatedvdshop.com under Yahoo's sponsored sites) is a relatively new site that advertises similar titles to dvdplanet.org. Is it possible that this site is just a new cover now that dvdplanet.org seems to be shutting down?
