On Dec. 12, 2007 I purchased a DVD collection for $160.00. On Dec. 14th I was informed via Email that my order had shipped. I was also given a tracking number (CE513207078CA). On Dec.24th my package (that I had been tracking) had been delivered. The package was to be delivered to Mooresville, N. Carolina. Unfortunately, my package was delivered to Mobile, Alabama. I have Emailed this company on Dec. 24th, 26th, 28th, 29th and 30th. Each time I have been directed to the same Email address, with the same message...We are sorry for the error and we will reship your item express mail. I have not received any communications back from the company to date. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow! I can not tell you how very disappointed my son (who is in college and away from home for the first time in his life) is right now. We have bought online many many times, and this is our first at being victimized. For those of you out there who want to purchase DVDs, DO NOT use dvdplant.org.
