DVDPlanet.org Took order over internet, credited my account, and never sent item Missoullaga Ontario

I ordered a DVD from DVDPlanet.org in early Nov 07. They stated that I would receive my item in 2 weeks. I did get a e-mail confirmation that it had shipped with a place to go to track the item. When I did not receive it I did the tracking and it said the item was sent to another city in the state that I live in. When I e-mailed the company they stated that they had a problem with their shipping system and would have to reship the item manually and I should receive it by the 6-8th of Dec 07.

When still not received on the 13th I sent another e-mail and the response was that with the Christmas season things were taking longer and that I should have the DVD within a few days. I e-mail them again a few days later and have not gotten another response. Oh, and of course they credited my account immediately. I order a lot on-line and this is the first time I have been ripped-off. Not a pleasant feeling. I hope these reports will help to put these guys out of business for good.
